Hey guys, so sorry for just disappearing! I've been busy with exams and things, but this morning I had my last exam so now I'll have more time to keep up with blogging and everything. Anyways, here's some photos that I've taken with my new camera! Enjoy! (p.s. ignore the date on some of them, I made a mistake with the year in the settings on my camera)

My new love...
This is my new camera! And I love it! Since I really like photography and have gotten better at it over the years, I've decided I wanted an upgrade. So we went out camera shopping one day, and this is what I brought home! Isn't it a beauty? :)
My old camera has a 3.3x optical zoom. This one, it's got a 21x optical zoom! And it's easy to use. I don't really know how to use those custom and shutter features on those big cameras that have the detachable lenses. So this one is perfect for my needs right now because it's simple, yet still takes awesome photos!
So here it is. My new love. <3 I'll have to post some of the photos I've taken with this just to show you how lovely it is. And there's definitely a lot to choose from of which I should share because I have been out and about snapping away! What type of camera do you use?

book blurb
Me, Just Different, Out With The In Crowd, and So Over It are the three books in the reinvention of Skylar Hoyt series by Stephanie Morrill. I won the first book in a giveaway. It took me a while to actually pick it up and read it, but once I did, I really liked it. So I went out and got the second, and then the third! So here's a mini informal review on the series. To put it in one sentence, the series is about a popular teenaged party girl who realizes that changing her life around is harder than it seems.
The first thing I like about this book is that it's Christian! The main character, Skylar, goes through your average spiritual battles about 'drifting away' from God and trying to figure out what He wants her to do. I was really able to relate to Skylar. She goes through family issues, guy problems, and other things that people experience sometime in their life. The book is just an overall enjoyable read. It has a little bit of mystery, some romance, and the storyline is easy to follow
That's all I have to say. So if you're looking for a fun summer read, I recommend this book! Thanks for reading. If you've read the series or one of these books, I'd love to hear what you thought of it! What good books have you been reading lately?
